Betonline took unauthorized $100

So i checked my online bank statement and there was a 100 credit card charge from Betonline.I made a small $25 dollar deposit on the 12th which posted and the $100 posted 2 days after that. I call customer service and they claim no knowledge of the charge. They ask for a screen shot of my statement which i sent. This happened today. I cancelled my debit card because i dont want more rouge money coming out. They told me they got the email and to call back in 24 hours. I understand that by cancelling my card they cant refund it that way but just wasnt willing to risk more coming out! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill keep everyone posted as to what happens.

Update of course they email me back stating they need a copy of my entire bank statement? For what reason i dont know. Now of course they are stating that they need another 24 hours to resolve it. In the REAL world this is not how business is done. You took the money now return it its pretty simple.

Let the song and dance continue. This place is a joke. Bottom line they tell you they are taking care of it and they dont. If you wanna worry if your sports book is gonna take money from your credit card at will and then not own up to it join Betonline.
